I remembered something today, something which was defining in the way I loved and cared for you and Mum. We were living At Kingsbridge Cottages and one of the dogs chewed my shoes up. I was really upset by it, I think it was my only decent pair of school shoes. It was Winter time and really cold. It had been snowing heavily. I came home from school to find that you and Mum had walked all the way into Wokingham and all the way back to buy me a new pair of shoes. I remember thinking at that time, that nobody would ever love me the way you both do and thanking God for you both. I miss you so much Dad. Always and forever. xxx
