I met Jane at work in 96, we clicked straight away (and proud to stay best friends ever since) and when she told me about you i was really looking forward to meeting you, i remember thinking great another northerner!! You kept me talking for hours when we first met, telling me about your time in Manchester and soooo many more stories it was great i came away smiling and laughing. When i said i was moving back north you said don't go give the south another chance but i missed everyone back home and had to go, but i think you thought that would be the last time you'd see me, Nah you couldn't get rid of me that easly Jim, I came back to visit and have been doing since and yes always with black puddings!!! I remember travelling down one time and i'd forgotten to get them I'd ordered them and everything but clean forgot to pick them up, i was gonna turn round and go back for them, then i spoke to Jane and she said you still had some, I did feel really bad and made sure i never forgot again.. It has been honour and a privilage to have known you Jim, You will be sadly missed by all who knew you.. There is no night without a dawning No Winter without a Spring And beyond deaths dark horizon Our hearts once more will ring For those who leave us for a while Have only gone away Out of a restless, careworn world Into a "Brighter Day" All our love always Lesley and family xxxxx
